Images of Texas is a photography-based art business owned and operated by Lisa Hood, offering large-scale Texas photographic wall art, consultation, space planning, artwork selection, and professional installation services for healthcare facilities, corporate offices, and residences.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site. You may not use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

Artwork and Products

We make every effort to display our artwork and finishes accurately, including colors, textures, and framing options. We are happy to provide samples or additional images upon request.

All artwork is sold as described in your order confirmation or contract. Custom orders, including limited editions, sizing, framing, and installation services, are subject to agreement between you and Images of Texas before production begins.

Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or contract. Production of custom or made-to-order pieces typically begins after deposit and approval of final artwork selections.

Cancellations and changes may be subject to fees depending on the stage of production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.

Shipping, Delivery, and Installation

Delivery and installation timelines vary based on the size of the project, materials selected, and geographic location. We will provide an estimated timeline as part of your proposal. Large-scale artwork may require professional installation, which we can coordinate.

Risk of loss and title for artwork pass to you upon delivery or installation completion, as specified in your agreement.

Returns and Damages

Because many of our pieces are custom or made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive damaged artwork, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs and a description of the damage so we can address the issue promptly.

Consultations and Proposals

Initial consultations may be complimentary or fee-based depending on the scope of the project. Any fees will be disclosed in advance. Proposals, mockups, and visualizations provided by Images of Texas are for discussion purposes and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Images of Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Images of Texas, Lisa Hood, and any affiliates, contractors, or representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
